Where do you ship from?

All MIRALOS pairs are made and shipped from Lima, Peru.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Every country, every continent.

How long does delivery take?

Peru: Standard 2–4 business days / Express 1–2 business days
USA & Canada: Standard 7–12 business days / Express 3–5 business days
Europe: Standard 8–14 business days / Express 4–6 business days
Rest of world: Standard 10–18 business days / Express 5–8 business days

Shipping times begin once your order has been dispatched. You will receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch.

How much does shipping cost?

Peru: free on all orders
International standard: $18 USD flat rate
International express: $35 USD flat rate
Free international shipping on orders over $200 USD

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Orders shipped outside of Peru may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering. MIRALOS is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Pairs must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Email us at returns@miralos.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

Peru: we cover return shipping on all orders.
International: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Yes. If your size or color is available, we will process an exchange at no extra cost for customers in Peru. International customers will need to return the original pair and place a new order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned pair, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

What if my pair arrives damaged or defective?

If there is a manufacturing defect or your order arrives damaged, please email us at returns@miralos.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the pair or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
